Asyik lupe ajer...

hehehehehe....i've been updating my blog on a daily basis in my head !! ..... it's more like monologue....hehehehe.....nak kata busy sgt dengan budak2 nie, tak le juga...still got some free time to laze around...tapi ntah la... a lot of things been going on in my tiny mind....memikirkan dah nak balik ke Malaaysia tak lama lagi..(Yahhoooooo!!!...big Yahoooo!!!)....and picking up where i left off..especially home and job...

ok...lets just share here what i've been doing for the past month...we had our 'Cuti2 Scotland' vacation early May...had a blast, took gazillions of photos and visited plenty of historic places here....it is literally historical scotland as they say it...We visited Linlithgow--Stirling-Glencoe-Fort William-Loch NEss-Inverness-Aberdeen-Dundee-St Andrews...It took us 3 days ...tak la besar sgt scotland nie...tp its natural beauty and wonders....MasyaAllah....it really opens up our eyes and mind...Allah SWT Maha Agung...Let me give a quick sum up on the places we have visited.

Linlithgow & Stirling-Small town, comel, clean, few castles (Stirling castle & Wallace Monument)...next is jalan kampung all the way nak ke Glencoe (try to google up these places punye photos...mmg breathtaking!!)...just one radio station...itu pun dalan bahasa Gaelic(mcm dialek tempatan diorang laa...) ade a bunch of makcik singing in choir...hehehehe...pening...we made a couple of pit stops...but to my amaze....kat area jalan kampung tu, their public toilets are clean!!!!..Alhamdulillah, thoughout our tour, Sarah n Hassan tak meragam@muntah2....they're bunch of angels!!Next, we conquered Glencoe...kawasan gunung2 banjaran ben nevis & lembah yang cantik...weather was bit cold and mendung...made a stop for few snaps and stopped at a commando monument....jalan2 in scotland is kinda easy actually...signages are good...easy to find tourist attctions ... makanan Islam tak susah cari, but in areas with no muslim population, u can always look for vegetarian foods or cereals..or salads or seafood....fort william is a town tepi tasik...but it looked like pekan tepi laut!!...they got ferry and yatch parked alongside the river...the town was adorable...no muslim...no wonder the people pelik tengok orang pakai tudung...heheheheh....got to visit a few more castle...the train station here famous for the train they used during the Harry Potter movies....tp tak dpt nak tengok, coz its departed....pandai diorang jaga national heritage dia..Jacobite rasenye nama train tu....huhhhh...panjangnye......

bored...

its end of spring time...and into summertime!!! ...huh...its kinda boring la pulak, coz all the pollen n debu flying outside could cause u health hazards like hayfever , flu, skin rash etc....so, its indoors again...i wonder, when do we really go outdoors here????

well, couple of friends went down to birmingham last week...cant help but to kirim these darlings with them...never had them before...mom, are these enuff??...they said if u went down to the factory outlet by urself, u might get overboard on buying these stuff...huhhh.....i remembered a friend here asked me wether im a big fan of tableware? coz theres so much nice n fine collection that can be bought over here, without spending a fortune if we wanna buy it back at home..so i just told her that im not really into the habit of collecting dishes..she then replied, well, if dont have it yet, u'll develop one soon...guessed it true then....the price gap is sooo big, i sumtimes gawk...hehehehehehehe....still, im just an average fan of these stuff...got more better things to look for ...

ok...up there...it aint no giant muffin....hehehehehe...its a gula hangus cake...i was having one of those cravings for malaysian dessert..so i decided to take matters into my own hands..hhahahhahaha...lucky they turned out well..(with some guidance from mom !!)....and the rest of the neioghbourhood said they tasted nice... :-) (they'rejust hungry...heheheh)...

last weekend we all went deep into the woods and discover a very big carboot market down in Lanarkshire (sounds very LOTR..) and we even stumbled upon Hagrid's Hut , the shed they used as Hagrid's home in the Harry Potter movies...its a round white hut..cute...the market was fun though, well they better be coz it took us 1 1/2 hours drive to get there..heheheh...lots of antiques and home stuff and kids stuff...and the weather was great ..its 18 degrees with mild winds...so, its considered warm...no, hot !!hehehehe...tak tau la nnti balik KL cemana...heheheh...will post some photos later...if i can find where the kids sorok our camera....

it's been two foggy days over here....very poor visibility..i bet there might be some flights delayed too..coz i see the airport from here...hheehehe...since its too foggy to travel, we've been hibernating at home...hence some baking occured...guessed many things can be done when theres not much to be done....i made some bread pudding!! apparently my favourite dessert after cream caramel, green guey stuff and goreng pisang...darn, thats a lot of dessert !! heheh...and nothing beats a cup of hot tea with ur loved ones to kill time..tv over here is quite the same back home...5 public channel (sometimes great shows...sometimes just makes u wanna throw the tv outside the window)...glad we had cable tv...babah will be watching his cult show X-Files while i wonder its like dejavu watching it many years ago...i'll be watching countless news, dramas, reality shows,crime shows and just plain dumb english soap....

New hairdo !!!!!

nope...not me....hair dressing here is way toooooo expensive..i'll just keep it long for a while...it's babah, hassan & miss Sarah..and me, the barber!!! heeheheheeh....developed some skills here..and below are the results.....haircut, anyone????.....

meet my new tiny expanding little hobby...not tooo much...never tooo many...certainly buat muka babah berkerut...heheheheh......and Sarah would go 'wow', 'taaaatik'...(means wow !!, cantik !!...in her language)...well, got nuthing much to tell...so i decided to line my little collection for my little sisz to see...wanna see it close up?? sure...

boots...most useful during winter...and add inches to my heights!! i cant seem to find them in other colours that i like...
shoes to match any occassion !! huahuahua...
the grey ones are very comfy n flat, most suitable for events that includes shopping or shoe testing....blacks are for exercising...hehehe...and brown ones are used in snow...huhhh...told u shoes are needed for everything u do!!....
be careful now walking down the stairs !!

since i got plenty of time, i've been keeping them in tip top condition...(sounds like i'm trying to sell them??)...noo..at least not yet...as for my make up collection tag....thats what i'll do next..
